¼ cup of peanuts contains 63 mg of magnesium

2 tablespoons of peanut butter contain 49 mg of magnesium

¾ cup  of cooked Chickpeas contains 58 mg of magnesium

¾ cup of cooked lentils contains 53 mg of magnesium

: ¾ cup of cooked Soybeans contains 109 mg of magnesium
