do dogs sweat

Yes, Dogs sweat but not the same way humans do. While the sweat glands are designed to aid in cooling in humans, the release of heat does not occur the same way in dogs. Dogs do have some sweat glands, but they are much smaller than humans and their skin is covered with fur, and this reduces the amount of cooling that sweat can provide.
