What not to eat during pregnancy is the following:
- Avoid eating raw, undercooked or contaminated seafood.
- Avoid undercooked meat, poultry and egg products
- Avoid excessive caffeine
- Avoid herbal tea.
- Liver products.
- Avoid unripe meat, such as pastrami, luncheon meat, roast beef, burgers, and hot dogs.
- Raw or partially cooked eggs.
