If you can't appear online on p5, try one of the following;
router restart
PS restarting
In safe mode, resetting to factory settings
Restarting my facility's switch unit
Switch MTU
updating one's status after logging in on a computer
Exiting the PS App
Modifying status in the PS App
Having a friend get into my account and update their PS status.
Several DNS server changes with different values (google dns etc..)
When contacting ISP, they claim there is no issue on their end.
